Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Engineering/Info Mgmt/CS with 5 years of related experience.
• SAFe Agilist certification required.
• Domain knowledge in locomotives and their data sets.
• Rail industry maintenance practices and policies experience.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server to query time-series data.
• Experience with large time-series data sets.
• Experience with CI/CD and software release cycle.
• Experience with usage analytics such as Pendo.

Responsibilities

• Product monitoring and technical troubleshooting; lead resources for issue investigation and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate handoffs to Product Owner and development team for resolution.
• Participate in customer meetings discussing observations as needed.
• Proactively monitor live/historical data and report to Customer Success Manager or Product Owner.
• Generate dashboards and track feature adoption and impact on NPS.
• Support product deployment, validation, and release activities.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success.
• Train and onboard customers and internal teams on new features.
