We are looking for a deeply empathetic and digitally savvy person to help us understand our users, their use-cases and intents, their level of success with our product, and to help us diagnose and resolve issues.
The candidate would use a myriad of tracking tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Slack, internal reports) and their own fantastic judgment to ascertain and record this information at the individual user level. The goal is to understand the precise causes of user success and failure.
This is to be done for all of our users to build individual as well as group-level understanding.

Among other outcomes, this work will inform interventions that we can make with certain user personas to help drive their success and identify areas of improvement that to avoid failure.
You will develop a deeper understanding of how the product works and how users think and gain expertise on various product and business metrics important to any company.
