Job summary

Elite Hockey HQ is seeking a Product Analyst to help us understand how athletes use the platform, identify opportunities to improve the training experience, and support data-driven decisions across the product team.

You will analyze user behavior across training modules, build dashboards, and partner with product managers and engineers to define metrics, run experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product analytics or similar data role.
• Strong SQL skills and large dataset experience.
• Experience with analytics/BI tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau.
• Comfort defining metrics and instrumentation with product/engineer teams.
• Excellent communication to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a structured problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across training, readiness, and skill video modules to identify trends and engagement opportunities.
• Partner with product managers and designers to define, track, and report key product metrics for new features.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports showing athlete engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer product questions from feature adoption to subscription behavior.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to validate product changes before rollout.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership.
