About Us

Konnecto, a Partnerize company, is the pioneer of Clickless Discovery. We empower the world’s most iconic brands to look beyond traditional analytics and understand the “dark” consumer journey — the critical path a user takes before they ever click. By leveraging massive behavioral datasets and sophisticated AI-driven agents, we provide actionable insights that help brands win at the earliest stages of consumer intent. As part of the Partnerize family — the global leader in partnership automation — our Tel Aviv team operates with the high-velocity, high-ownership mindset of a startup, backed by the stability and reach of a global enterprise. We are building the future of marketing intelligence, and we are doing it at a massive scale.

Role Mission

As our Product Analyst, you will play a key role in translating complex behavioral, marketing, and platform data into clear business insights that drive product strategy, customer value, and commercial decision-making. This is not a passive reporting role. We are looking for someone proactive, curious, and business-oriented — someone who can identify the right questions, investigate complex datasets, uncover meaningful patterns, and turn findings into actionable recommendations for Product, R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership teams. Konnecto’s platform processes large-scale consumer journey data to help global brands and publishers understand influence, attribution, and performance in a clickless discovery environment. As our products become more sophisticated, we need a strong analytical partner who can connect data, product logic, customer needs, and business context into one clear story. You will help define what success looks like, measure product performance, validate new capabilities, support strategic customer and partner initiatives, and ensure our teams make decisions based on strong data foundations.

What You Will Do
  • Translate complex data queries into clear business insights, recommendations, and product decisions.
  • Analyze large-scale behavioral, marketing, attribution, and product datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and anomalies.
  • Partner with Product, R&D, CS, Sales, and leadership to frame business questions and define the right analytical approach.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks for new and 2existing products.
  • Support product strategy by measuring adoption, feature performance, customer impact, and revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze clickless discovery, publisher influence, advertiser performance, share of voice, and conversion behavior.
  • Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and edge cases, and partner with Data and Engineering to improve trust in our insights.
  • Present clear narratives and stakeholder-ready materials that connect data findings to business impact.
Your Day-to-Day Work
  • Write advanced SQL queries across large analytical datasets.
  • Use Python, Pandas, notebooks, and analytical workflows to investigate complex data
  • Build dashboards and reports in BI tools platforms for data visualization
  • Run deep-dive investigations into product usage, customer behavior, performancetrends, and data anomalies.
  • Work with Product Managers on discovery, feature definition, rollout measurement, and post-launch analysis.
  • Collaborate with Data and Engineering teams on table logic, metric definitions, tracking requirements, and validation.
  • Prepare executive summaries, customer-facing insights, sales enablementanalyses, and internal decision materials.
  • Proactively identify new insights, risks, and opportunities beyond the original request.
Who We Are Looking For
  • 4–6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, BIAnalyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, cohortanalysis, and query optimization.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, especially Pandas.
  • Experience with NumPy, Jupyter notebooks, or visualization libraries is a plus.
  • Experience working with analytical warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
  • Experience building dashboards and self-service analytics in BI tools.
  • Ability to define business metrics, translate them into data logic, and validate their results.
  • Strong product and business thinking — able to connect analysis to customer value, impact, and product strategy.
  • Strong analytical mindset, including segmentation, funnels, cohorts, trends, outliers, and correlation vs. causation.
  • Experience with A/B testing, impact measurement, forecasting, dbt, or semantic layers is a plus.
  • Strong data quality mindset, attention to detail, and ability to challenge assumptions.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
