Diverse Lynx LLC in McLean, VA onsite seeks a Product Analyst to bridge business needs with technology within the mortgage domain. You will craft user stories, translate requirements to APIs, and support UAT and testing across the SDLC.

You will collaborate with Product Owner and IT teams, write API specs, and help define objectives while promoting a customer-centric Modern Delivery approach. Mortgage experience is essential.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Should have strong Mortgage experience.
• Can interface between business and technical teams.
• Understands the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in:
  • Requirement Gathering
  • Process/data flow design
  • Technical spec design (Webservices/API)
  • Business Analysis
  • Translating business requirements to technical requirements
  • Defining project objectives
  • Feasibility Analysis
  • Supporting development, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing
  • Creating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
• Knowledge of manual and automation testing.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in mortgage industry.
• Writes user stories based on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities.
• Provides constructive support to both Product Owner and IT team in product-related decisions.
• Encourages customer-centric mindset for entire Modern Delivery team.
• Supports team in development process, defining technical requirements based on in-depth and breath of product/business knowledge.
• Experience in writing requirements for API-based applications and proficient in using Postman/SoapUI or similar.
• Understands and proactively utilizes Modern Delivery practices.
• Identifies and applies opportunities to improve teams Modern Delivery way of working.
