Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking candidates for a contract assignment supporting Boeing as the client. The role involves on-site supplier quality activities, evaluating conformance to design requirements, and generating objective evidence of results during audits and inspections.

Preferred candidates hold Airframe and Powerplant Certification with aviation/mechanics experience and inspection expertise. Employment is through a Boeing approved third party for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Aviation/aircraft mechanic experience required.
• Experience inspecting aircraft components and assemblies a must.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite Supplier Quality for Boeing project.
• Verify conformance to design requirements and provide objective evidence of results.
• Perform auditing, surveillance and monitoring; document discrepancies in non-conformance system.
• Assist in product reviews with internal customers during verification.

Job description

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

These 5 resources will support onsite Supplier Quality. Verifies basic product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance system. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Reviews rework dispositions. Assists in product reviews with internal customer during product or process verification.

Required Experience

• Aviation/Aircraft mechanic experience (general aircraft experience does not need to be military background)
• Inspection experience

Preferred Experience

• Airframe and Powerplant Certification
