PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Montgomery, AL. This role keeps originating loans, while building and leading a team, with full back-office support for processing, underwriting, and closings. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $220,000 base plus commissions, and a sign-on bonus may be available.

You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, drive the branch's culture and P&L, and maintain your own production/referrals for continued success.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Holds a Principal Lending license or can obtain one where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
