Primary Responsibilities

• To develop new production opportunities and solutions for new and existing clients across North America
• Lead the placement of US Property facultative reinsurance risks with domestic and international reinsurers
• Develop renewal and placement strategies that meet client objectives
• Support, mentor and develop junior broking colleagues
• Establish renewal strategy and execution plans
• Working in tandem with all Howden Re resources to deliver effective client service
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal governance requirements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a business-related position & environment
• Desire and interest to pursue an opportunity that is involving client related tasks
• Strong time management skills and project management skills
• Detail oriented
• Highly motivated and committed to continually developing your professional skillset
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

The expected annual salary for this role is $220,000-300,000; actual salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
