Job summary

Howden Group in New York is seeking an Associate Director to support Facultative Property/Energy renewals and client advisory. You will help develop renewal strategies, build client presentations, and coordinate due diligence with underwriting and legal teams, working closely with senior members to deliver value.

The role requires 3–5 years in a business-related position, a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
