Job summary

NBCUniversal in Needham, MA, seeks a Producer/Editor of Creative Content to produce daily content for social, digital, and television. As part of the Original Content team, you will plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects, owning them from concept to delivery with speed, quality, and accuracy.

You will apply expert knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, plus a modern videography aesthetic, to create engaging content across platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience (internships included).
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of operating Sony Cinema Line and Sony a-series Cameras.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with department heads to target daily priorities and content objectives.
• Pitch creative concepts to stretch the bounds of the group's output.
• Actively participate in daily content meetings and tailor content based on department goals.
• Work closely with other departments to develop and maintain templates for breaking news and quick content creation.
• Maintain interdepartmental relationships to ensure consistent understanding and execution of long-term business objectives.
• Take art direction from the creative department and retain consistent style and branding with respect to episodic content.
• Work with Sales team and clients to produce and execute high-quality integrations and commercial productions.
• Ideate and create high-end content across all platforms from start to finish as requested by internal clients.
• Use advanced techniques to shoot, edit, and create engaging content.
• Flexible scheduling based on content needs. Some local and national travel.

The ability to create high-end content quickly isa mustwhile alsomaintainingefficiency and accuracy.Having an eye for adapting content to meet ever-changing consumption habits will be essential.

Salary range: $65,000-$85,000
