Howden US is seeking a proactive Producer to join our dynamic team, building relationships with clients across diverse industries and geographies. You will craft personal sales plans, identify opportunities, and advocate for risk solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with account managers and carriers, deliver high-quality proposals, and maintain client records in our CRM while staying ahead of market developments and thought leadership

• Develop and deliver high-quality proposals reflecting consultative approach and market strength.
• Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing to ensure seamless service from proposal to renewal.
• Maintain year-round client contact, providing proactive risk advice and strengthening trusted relationships.
• Negotiate and place coverage with carriers tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to Howden’s presence through networking, events, and thought leadership.
• Keep CRM records up to date and use data to inform planning and prioritization.
• Stay informed on emerging risks and market developments.

• Conduct risk reviews and coverage assessments, uncovering exposures and recommending solutions.
• Develop and deliver high-quality proposals that reflect Howden’s consultative approach and market strength.
• Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless service from proposal to renewal.
• Stay closely connected with clients year-round, providing proactive advice and positioning yourself as their trusted risk advocate.
• Partner with carriers to negotiate and place coverage tailored to complex and unique client needs.
• Contribute to building Howden’s presence in your community through networking, events, and thought leadership.
• Keep accurate and current records in CRM and reporting systems, leveraging data to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Continuously grow your expertise by keeping up with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions.
