Job summary

Meijer in Michigan is seeking a warehouse team member to oversee product integrity from receiving through storage and final store shipment. You will ensure order and inventory accuracy, and collaborate with drivers during unloading and shipping of Fresh and Frozen foods.

As part of a fast-paced distribution center, you will maintain quality and temperature standards, follow inventory controls, and contribute to sanitation and safety practices across the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer/technology skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good listening and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures order & inventory accuracy via established processes.
• Works with truck drivers and unloaders during receiving and shipping.
• Maintains quality and temperature standards for all products.
• Follows inventory control practices to meet Meijer standards.
• Completes receiving-order-shipping processes accurately.
• Maintains building sanitation standards and safety practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
