Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Newport, MI is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate at our distribution center. The role supports store orders, processes receiving and shipping for fresh foods, and maintains quality and temperature standards in a 35-45 degree temperature controlled environment.

• Prior warehouse experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill store orders using established case handling procedures.
• Works with third party vendors and loaders during receiving and shipping, including fresh foods.
• Maintains quality and temperature standards during transfer and storage.
• Accurately completes order-shipping processes.
• Upholds sanitation standards in the facility.
• Demonstrates 200% safety accountability in daily tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
