Job summary

Whole Foods Market in McLean, VA is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving, prepping, stocking, and merchandising fresh produce to meet WFM standards. You will provide courteous customer service and maintain clean displays to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors and prevents spoilage and communicates waste to buyers, Team Leaders, and shift supervisor.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
