Job summary

Sam's Club #4778, 4350 Joslyn Rd in Auburn Hills, MI, is seeking a Produce Department Lead to drive sales and supervise a team of hourly associates in Produce and Floral. You will model Produce expertise and collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.

As a Team Leader, you will manage inventory, safety, and compliance, leverage handheld technology for decisions, and help ensure the club delivers value for members while maintaining a clean, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Produce and Floral team to meet business goals.
• Communicate department goals and execute company programs.
• Maintain knowledge of floor operations and ensure quality inventory.
• Utilize handheld tech to support production and quality decisions.
• Protect safety and compliance in the area.
