Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred qualifications include supervising a team and Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to execute the business plan and deliver for members.
• Collaborate with other team leaders and ensure policies, safety, and customer focus are upheld.
• Leverage handheld tech to plan, monitor, and adjust operations for quality and efficiency.
