• Stock shelves by removing boxes from pallets and restocking items.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, follow HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service.
• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves
• Organizes and front faces items on shelves
• Perform the proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations
• Assists in the review of inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages
• Ensures that shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricing
• Follows program to maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Continuously reviews status of department floors for safety hazards and handles spills safely
• Works with Hi-Lo operators to ensure stock on selling floor
• Informs supervisors of low stock/out of stock merchandise
