Job summary

Kroger in Cartersville, GA is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service in the department. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and support the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals.

You’ll engage with customers, promote corporate brands, learn product knowledge, and uphold our Customer 1st strategy while following safety procedures and quality standards. Prior retail experience and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Current food handlers permit once employed.
• Comparable Retail experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).

• Inform customers of produce specials and respond to inquiries about availability
