WinCo Foods in Duncanville, TX is seeking a store associate to maintain department conditions, deliver friendly service, ensure product quality, and support customers during 6-8 hour shifts from early morning to evening.

You will assist in receiving and merchandising, help locate items, handle returns or exchanges, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while wearing PPE. This role emphasizes honesty, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for operations.
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Written communication ability.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Follow safety, sanitation procedures and PPE requirements.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification required by state law.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes and serves customers with friendly, efficient service.
• Assists with locating items, returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Performs receiving duties and verifies invoices, notes shortages.
• Maintains proper merchandising, freshness, and displays.
• Keeps work area and selling floor clean and tidy.
• Adheres to safety policies and uses PPE as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned in a 24/7 store environment.
