Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving, stocking, and displaying products while upholding quality and safety standards. You will help maintain attractive displays, assist with seasonal items, and ensure accurate pricing.

Customer service and teamwork are essential as you interact with customers and Team Members daily. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure fresh, appealing display by front-facing and stocking cases.
• Assist Leader in organizing/displaying seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Complete spoilage, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Follow SOPs including health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Open, mid, and closing duties; ensure signs and pricing are accurate.
• Report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
