Job summary

PCC Community Markets in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Produce Clerk to deliver excellent customer service and maintain vibrant produce displays. You will rotate stock, process produce orders, and manage invoices while ensuring cleanliness and safety on the shop floor.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility for weekend shifts, and prior retail experience, with a focus on producing accurate signage and customer-first service in a busy grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform excellent, professional customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Retail experience preferred, especially in produce.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Build and maintain produce displays; rotate stock on back stock and sales floor.
• Receive produce orders; arrange credits from vendors and process invoices.
• Update price changes and signage.
• Assist produce coordinator with writing orders and other produce tasks.
• Ensure department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operate all equipment per PCC standards.
