Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking team members for on-site packaging line work in Orlando, FL. This role involves placing containers on the packaging belt, filling containers with product, weighing items, and palletizing, with rotation across lines and other duties as assigned.

The position requires the ability to lift heavy items, work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to GMP and safety. Good attendance and willingness to support teammates are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift pans or cases with product above shoulder level frequently.
• Ability to push or pull heavy equipment occasionally.

• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently.

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in December. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks pay.
