Responsibilities

• Keeps produce department well stocked and appealing to meet customer demands, greets customers, answers questions, handles special requests, and resolves concerns politely.
• Unpacks cartons and trims produce, stocks area with new merchandise, rotates stock for freshness, and ensures proper pricing and signage.
• Assists in building displays and logs, handles spoiled or damaged items per policy, and maintains sanitation and health standards.
• Maintains salad bar and cut fruit/vegetables, follows cleaning schedules and PPE usage, and disposes of trash properly.
• Cooperates with team to ensure smooth department operations and supports store efficiency.
