Job summary

You will verify deliveries, stock items, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Flexibility for shifts, basic computer use, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Know and practice proper lifting techniques
• Must be able to lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds
• Push and pull carts up to 100 pounds unassisted
• Basic computer skills for logs and records
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work well with others and independently when needed

Responsibilities

• Process all product deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain backstock area and cooler
• Ensure receiving area is neat, safe and secure
• Verify deliveries against invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Stock refrigerated items and manage merchandise transfers
• Document transfers and waste using appropriate forms
• Follow health, sanitation and safety procedures at all times
