Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate in Honolulu, HI for a full-time role. You will receive and unload shipments, inspect produce, rotate stock in a refrigerated area, and prepare orders for shipment to Neighbor Islands.

You will operate a forklift and pallet jack, follow GMPs, and assist with will-call orders. The position requires 18+, weekend/overtime availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with benefits including paid holidays and retirement plan

Qualifications

• Basic reading and math skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation; training available.
• Must work in a cool/refrigerated area (30–50°F).
• Learn warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting and rotating produce.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Weekend and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Unload/load containers.
• Inspect received produce for damage, decay and count; report discrepancies.
• Date stamp and rotate stock in reefer.
• Load Neighbor Island orders into containers.
• Prepare equipment and vehicles; inspect forklift condition.
• Perform related warehouse duties as assigned.
• Assist customers with will call orders.
• Follow GMPs discussed during orientation.
