Wegmans Food Markets in the United States is seeking a team-oriented associate to manage backroom organization and product rotation. You will unload deliveries, stage items, and maintain cold-storage areas to ensure product freshness and ready-to-sell inventory.

You will follow strict sanitation guidelines, report discrepancies, and operate equipment safely in a cold backroom environment. This role supports store operations and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Unload daily deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Rotate products following FIFO to maintain freshness.
• Follow sanitation practices in accordance with food and human safety guidelines.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to management.
• Work in cold temperatures and lift 8–32 pounds on average, with higher weights occasionally.
