Job summary

Frank Donio, Inc. is seeking a dependable Produce Quality Control Inspector for a full-time, on-site role in Hammonton, NJ. You will inspect incoming/outgoing produce, document quality issues, and support USDA inspections while maintaining accurate inventory in a refrigerated warehouse.

Entry-level position with training; weekend shifts may be required. Competitive hourly pay and benefits including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, FSA, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing produce to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Identify, document, and report quality concerns or damaged product to management.
• Understand and follow customer-specific quality requirements and specifications.
• Inspect, photograph, and document outbound shipments before they leave the warehouse.
• Receive, count, photograph, tag, and process incoming shipments, including customer returns.
• Assist with product identification during USDA inspections.
• Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, dock, and refrigerated storage areas.
• Follow all company food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety procedures.
