Qualifications

• 3–5 years of produce manager or distribution experience.
• Certification in Food Protection Manager and Seafood HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on inspections of inbound perishable deliveries for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Evaluate produce quality attributes and document results for buyers.
• Conduct Seafood HACCP inspections and maintain required records.
• Monitor banana ripening and storage to ensure freshness and compliance.
• Report findings, initiate corrective actions, and coordinate with distribution and procurement teams.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations and company specifications.
