Leadership Support and Customer Experience

Provide leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Partner with the store leader and department leader to develop a high-performance culture where associates are aligned with the business strategy and receive the necessary knowledge and training to deliver a consistently great experience for Every Customer, Every Time. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop associates, participate in performance appraisals

  • Maintain in-stock levels and execute promotional plans
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of backroom and display areas
  • Plan and organize inventory processes, maintain temperature logs
  • Reinforce safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and report hazards
