Provide leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Partner with the store leader and department leader to develop a high-performance culture where associates are aligned with the business strategy and receive the knowledge and training needed to deliver a consistently great experience for Every Customer, Every Time.   • Any produce or retail experience
  • Any management experience
  • Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
