Provide leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Partner with store and department leaders to develop a high-performance culture where associates are aligned with the business strategy and receive the necessary training to deliver excellent service. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Set department performance goals and motivate team members to achieve them through teamwork.
• Ensure timely completion of orders, manage backstock, rotate products, and replenish stock throughout the day.
• Train and develop associates, participate in performance appraisals.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions, making suggestions, and locating products.
• Inform customers of produce specials and offer samples to promote new items.
• Maintain merchandising standards, inspect product quality and freshness, and take appropriate actions.
• Implement sales promotions in collaboration with store management.
• Keep staff informed about current and upcoming promotions.
• Ensure products are stocked, displays are clean, and freshness is maintained.
• Organize inventory processes, monitor stock conditions, and train staff on inventory management and CAO.
• Maintain proper temperature logs and ensure equipment safety and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to legal and company guidelines.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications
