Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product quality and preparation per guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department and maintains sweep logs.
• Arrives on time; ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, safety, and Weights & Measures.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment; maintains equipment per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures signs and pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
