Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Maintains clean department and sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready for shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Makes sure the area is clean and equipment is maintained.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and checks pricing accurately.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties assigned by leadership.
