Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains the produce department; prepares and merchandises products following safety rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM quality and preparation standards.
• Maintains sampling program and keeps area clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and ready for scheduled shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales potential.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains signs and pricing accuracy.
• Maintains clean, safe working environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
