Job summary

Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace in Troy, MI is seeking a Produce Manager to lead the produce department. You will oversee staff, ensure quality, safety, and excellent customer service while maintaining presentation.

• Overseeing the produce department staff ensuring they are following all policies and procedures.
• Stock produce ensure quality and proper safety protocol.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in unloading trucks, making bales, compacting trash, etc.
• Ensure cleaniless and great presentation of the porch, vestibule and produce department.
• Cross merchandise when possible
• Train, develop, assist, etc. all produce department staff
• Schedule employees be company needs ensuring a balance of new and seasoned employees on each shift.
• Inventory and order produce products.
