Essential duties include driving gross profit, scheduling staff, stocking shelves, dating products, and ensuring accurate pricing. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in cold environments, and maintain fast-paced productivity.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in temperature extremes and stand/walk rapidly for long periods.

• Prepares weekly work schedules according to established guidelines.
• Stocks and straightens merchandise and supplies.
• Uses pricing/label gun to mark items with selling prices.
• Rotates merchandise according to shelf life/expiration dates.
• Performs housekeeping duties and operates cleaning equipment.
• Operates all required tools and equipment safely.
• Standing and/or walking at a rapid pace for extended periods.

Follows established guidelines for completion of all required forms, records, reports and verify receipts.

Prepares weekly work schedules according to established guidelines.

Rotates merchandise according to anticipated shelf life/product expiration dates.

Performs basic housekeeping duties using available equipment, (mops, brooms, floor scrubbing and buffing machines, etc.).

Operates all required tools and equipment in a safe manner except when restricted due to age.

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ensure coolers and cases maintain appropriate temperatures

Ability to work in temperature extremes, (produce cooler maximum low temperature, 32 degrees).

Standing and/or walking at a rapid pace for extended periods of time to perform essential job functions.
