Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Produce Manager for our Paynesville, MN location to oversee quality produce, merchandising, ordering, and staffing.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, the ability to work weekends/holidays, and the physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining price integrity, executing display builds, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures while delivering excellent service to customers

We are currently seeking a Produce Manager for our Paynesville, MN location.

• Responsibilities include ensuring the quality ofproduceis maintained,merchandising, display building, ordering, proper labor scheduling, and setting retail prices.
• Previous produce experience is strongly preferred, but not necessary.
• The Produce manager guarantees price integrity along with operational procedures, ensuring that company standards are met.
• Must be customer service-driven, motivated, and able to follow tasks.
• Weekend and holiday hours are expected.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and can work in a fast-paced environment in varying temperature conditions.
