Mothers Market in Huntington Beach is seeking a Produce Manager to oversee the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team, manage inventory and pricing, develop staff, and coordinate merchandising efforts while upholding safety and sanitation standards to support a thriving, wellness-focused store.

• Take initiative: step into staff roles as needed, including opening, closing, and covering shifts.

Hourly Pay

$24.00 hourly up to $75,000.00 annually

What You'll Do

What You Bring

Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience in retail produce and strong customer service techniques.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Verbal proficiency in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift/carry boxes up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including produce coolers and wet racks.

Flexible availability across various shifts and locations including weekends and evenings
