Mother’s Market & Kitchen in Huntington Beach is seeking a Produce Manager to oversee daily operations of the produce department, ensuring quality, freshness and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and contribute to store success.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating training, monitoring product displays, and improving department performance while upholding safety and cleanliness in varied temperatures and shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail produce experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• English verbal proficiency required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.

Hourly Pay

$24.00 hourly up to $75,000.00 annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations: Oversee produce department workflows; manage inventory, pricing, and product placement.

What You Bring

Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience in retail produce and strong customer service techniques.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Verbal proficiency in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift/carry boxes up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including produce coolers and wet racks.

Flexible availability across various shifts and locations including weekends and evenings
