Your responsibilities include managing rotation, labeling, and supplier checks, with a ServSafe certification required to be maintained. This position offers weekly pay and a path to grow within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in produce operations, grocery retail, or food handling.
• Strong knowledge of produce handling, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must Maintain all training and required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Produce Department Operations: maintain freshness by culling and rotation and ensure product quality.
• Manage Inventory Proactively: monitor levels and replenish to keep in-stock conditions.
• Demonstrates Full Proficiency: perform department operations including inspect, rotate, cull, and merchandise fresh produce to standards.
• Accurate Item Labeling: ensure proper pricing and labeling in compliance with policies.
• Analyze Production and Sales: track sales, waste, and shrink to find cost improvements.
• Sanitation and Safety Compliance: follow sanitation and food handling regulations and ServSafe requirements.
