Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of produce handling, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead produce department operations and maintain freshness by rotation and culling.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Inspect, rotate, and merchandise fresh produce to company standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of items.
• Monitor sales, waste, and shrink to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance per ServSafe guidelines.
