Job summary

Walmart Monroeville is seeking a Produce Department Lead to drive sales and supervise hourly associates in Produce and Floral. You will model department expertise, uphold quality, safety, and merchandising standards, and collaborate with other leaders to meet member expectations.

You will use handheld tools to plan for production, training, and product quality, manage seasonality, and maintain a neat, safe, and profitable department while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet business goals.
