Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a fresh production dept or supervising a team.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team in Produce and Floral to deliver on the business plan.
• Communicate department goals and adhere to policies while advocating for members, associates and the company.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of produce operations, quality, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance.
• Manage seasonality and prioritize time between areas.
• Collaborate with associates to ensure resources and training are available.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Utilize handheld technology to support production decisions and product quality.
• Drive profitability and maintain a neat, safe work area.
