PRODUCE/LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Create outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and fresh environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Produce department. Support the day-to-day functions of the Produce operations. Minimum Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Current food handlers permit upon employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement merchandising and promotional plans.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory processes and maintain proper temperature logs.
  • Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
  • Report safety risks, accidents, and illegal activities.
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
