Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Produce & Floral Specialist who will ensure product freshness, accuracy in merchandising, and adherence to safety standards. You will own produce, floral, and gift center inventory accuracy and presentation, supporting guest engagement and seasonal promotions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or related fields, demonstrate reliability, and can work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all produce, floral & gift center products meet freshness and quality standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with leadership on ordering and replenishment.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness.
