Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Produce-Floral Manager in Gainesville, FL to lead department inventory, pricing integrity, and key operations. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for excellence to deliver results.

You will oversee team performance, stock rotation, and production of specialty produce items, ensuring adherence to The Fresh Market standards and guest satisfaction during all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow planograms and merchandising layouts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist with accurate service recommendations and accommodating requests.
• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, and shrink/damage reduction.
• Receive and stock items following rotation standards when replenishing stock.
• Direct teams to handle, slice, and prepare produce items and platters while maintaining quality.
• Train and coach team members on the job and via internal training platforms.
