• Assist with the preparation produce platters/trays and inform customers of specials.
• Label, stock and inventory merchandise and review quality and freshness.
• Report discrepancies to the department manager and maintain temperature logs.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
• Reinforce safety programs and notify management of unsafe conditions.
• Practice preventive maintenance and report any needed repairs.
• Notify management of accidents and report safety risks or illegal activity.
