Stauffers of Kissel Hill in East Hempfield Township, PA is seeking a full-time Team Member to join our Rohrsestown area operations. This role involves day, evening and weekend availability to support a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• Produce/managerial experience required in a retail setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsabilités

• Develops and mentors the Assistant Department Mgr to prepare them to take on the job responsibilities of Department Manager (where applicable).
• Assigns duties to team members and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations based on the needs of the business and upcoming store events.
• Communicates regularly with scan department to resolve incorrect information and ensure correct pricing.
• Communicates with Buying and GM teams regarding merchandising, new product implementation and appropriate pricing.
