Qualifications

• Must regularly lift up to 25 pounds and frequently lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• On-the-job training and leadership classes available.

Responsibilities

• Devise merchandising plans with the Buying team.
• Supervise inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Train team members on policies and product knowledge.
• Schedule work hours and vacations to meet business needs.
• Ensure correct pricing and communicate with relevant teams.
• Step in as Department Manager when needed.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and transfers daily.
• Perform as working manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventories and order supplies from approved vendors.
• Operate departmental equipment.
