• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure a positive customer service environment and store appearance.
• Control store expenses through proper ordering and inventory practices.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and report accidents per procedures.
• Monitor shrink and coach associates to prevent losses.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
